Who are we?
Initiated in 2017 by students from the United World College, ISEC aims to redefine science fairs for students passionate about science and innovation. Each year, new organizers are recruited and guided by ISEC initiators to make this program a sustainable and growing enterprise.

Competition committee president
Ted Jacquet
Ted is from Haiti. Being passionate about youth leadership and innovation is more than happy to help the participants through concretizing their project ideas. He believes everybody has a potential to make this world better. Through ISEC, he aims to achieve this goal.
Advancement & Competition manager
Yilun Hua
Yilun is from China, with a passion for science education and nature. Learning from the various mentorship he received during past science projects, Yilun is excited to provide high schoolers with research strategies and resources to embody their STEM ideas.
Community outreach & design coordinator
Guillaume Hoffman
Guillaume has always been passionate about STEM and spreading his passion for it among the youth. Having taught physics to 6th graders, he has amassed experience teaching and giving feedback. He cannot wait to see all the great projects being submitted!
